Dynamic Most Empowerment Ministries began with a simple conviction: God wants to use every believer to change their world. What started as small prayer meetings in homes has grown into a movement that spans multiple communities and touches lives across various spheres of influence.
Reverend Diamond Hubley received the vision for this ministry during a season of intense prayer and fasting. God showed her communities filled with believers who attended church regularly but struggled to connect their faith with daily life. The Holy Spirit revealed a strategy for bridging this gap through intentional discipleship and practical ministry training.
The first gathering occurred in a living room with twelve people seeking God’s heart for their city. Within months, the group had grown to over fifty believers hungry for deeper spiritual growth and community impact. These early meetings laid the foundation for everything that followed.
Our five-year vision includes establishing satellite ministries in three additional communities. Each location will maintain the same core values while adapting programming to local community needs and opportunities.
Leadership development remains central to future planning. We intend to multiply qualified leaders who can plant and oversee new ministry locations. Our leadership pipeline includes formal training programs and practical ministry experience.
International missions opportunities will expand our global Kingdom impact. We plan to establish partnerships with ministries in developing nations, providing both financial support and volunteer mission teams for specific projects.
